I’m not sure what my goals are, can coaching still help me?

Absolutely! Because coaching is customized around you and your needs, it can be adapted to wherever you are right now. So if you don’t know what your goals are, we’ll work together to figure them out through a process of self discovery and get you on the path to your definition of success.

I am a graduate from Royal Roads University and am a Certified Executive Coach (CEC). I am a member of the International Coaching Federation with a current accreditation of Associate Certified Coach (ACC)
